Our seed paper is crafted at one of the country’s oldest paper mills, the birthplace of the paper industry’s industrial revolution. Operating since 1803, the mill was the first in the world to run a mechanised paper machine.
Today, the paper is handmade by a second-generation artisan papermaker using traditional techniques and hand-torn for an authentic, textured finish. Seeds are carefully preserved through the production process, giving them every chance to grow.
